Currently Van Dijk & Associates, Inc. is working on several projects for the City of Beverly Hills, including the re-roofing of the Police Facility with Sarnafil insulation and G-410 membrane. Eberhard Roofing was awarded this job and is in the process of replacing the roof. See several attached photographs for progress.

Additionally, we are working with Bomel Contruction and Courtney Waterproofing in overseeing the application of Tremco’s TREMPROOF 260 liquid applied waterproofing membrane, with STEGO WRAP and TREMDrain to the positive side of the concrete wall.  See several attached photographs for progress.
